These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the online gaming platform operated under the brand name Pusay888, accessible at pusay888.cam ("the Platform", "the Website", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you ("the User", "the Member", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately. Continued use of the Platform following any notification of changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement.
• You are registering as an individual using your own genuine personal details, and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not already registered as a Member on the Platform (duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited).
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close associate of Pusay888 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion agreement with the Platform, or if you have previously been excluded, that exclusion period has lawfully expired and been formally lifted.
• Participation in online gaming is not prohibited under the laws of the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform.

Pusay888 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method.

You agree to promptly update your Account information should any of your details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination.

KYC Verification: Pusay888 operates a Know Your Customer process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at our discretion at any other time, we may request the following verification documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, Passport)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., a photograph of the bank card, bank account screenshot)
• Source of funds documentation, where applicable

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or closure of the Account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your password to any third party or permit any other individual to access or use your Account.

You agree to notify Pusay888 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or any other security breach. Pusay888 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Pusay888 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account, which is available as an optional security enhancement from within your Account settings.

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following financial terms apply:

• Minimum Deposit: RM50 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed on the same business day, subject to standard security checks. Unverified accounts may experience delays pending completion of KYC documentation.
• Accepted Deposit Methods: DuitNow, FPX Online Banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other participating banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Visa, Mastercard, and cryptocurrency (USDT and other supported digital assets).
• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically feasible. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Pusay888 reserves the right to impose additional verification requirements on any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there are reasonable grounds for concern regarding fraud, money laundering, or account security.

Pusay888 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the relevant offer:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Specific promotions may carry different requirements as stated in the individual offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Bonuses not utilised within this period will expire and be forfeited.
• Games may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports wagers contribute 100%, unless otherwise specified.
• Pusay888 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotion at its discretion, provided that Members with active wagering requirements in progress will be given reasonable notice.
• Each Member is entitled to receive each welcome or sign-up bonus once only. Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and potential Account closure.

Betting on the Pusay888 platform is subject to the following general rules. Specific game rules and sports betting rules are published separately within the relevant sections of the Platform.

• All bets are placed at the Member's own discretion and risk. Once a wager is confirmed and accepted by the system, it may not be cancelled or amended.
• Pusay888 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of erroneous odds, system errors, or fraudulent activity.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game or sports event, Pusay888 will apply resolution procedures appropriate to the specific game type. Detailed resolution rules are available in the game-specific terms.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market and may be adjusted by Pusay888 at its discretion.
• Sports betting wagers — including Mix Parlay bets — are subject to the sports betting terms and conditions published in the sportsbook section of the Platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Pusay888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all Account balances, and may result in legal action or reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform for any reason.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other multi-player game.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or system feature.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or depositing funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Engaging in matched betting or bonus abuse strategies designed to exploit promotional offers.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in offensive communication towards Pusay888 staff or other Members.

Pusay888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to all Members seriously. We provide the following responsible gambling tools, available to all Account holders at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control their spending.
• Loss Limits: Members may set maximum loss thresholds within defined periods.
• Session Time Reminders: Automatic notifications alerting Members to the duration of their current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up reminders of time spent and amounts wagered during a session.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from Pusay888.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or intellectual property may result in immediate Account termination and legal proceedings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pusay888 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Technical interruptions, service outages, or system failures
• Delays in processing deposits, withdrawals, or bets caused by third-party payment processors
• Actions taken by Pusay888 in compliance with applicable law or these Terms
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform

Nothing in these Terms shall limit Pusay888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Pusay888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months
• Any regulatory or legal obligation requiring Account closure

Members may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance (subject to completed KYC) will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method. Bonus Balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Pusay888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice to registered Members via email to the address associated with their Account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is stated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a Member and Pusay888 arising from these Terms or from any activity on the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

All disputes, claims, or complaints arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform should be submitted in writing to our support team at [email protected]. We will acknowledge your submission within two (2) business days and aim to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
